Welcome to Breez. By accessing or using our premium ride-hailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Premium Experience
Breez is an invite-only and waitlisted luxury transportation service. Access to our services is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone who fails to uphold our community standards of respect and professionalism.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Code of Conduct
We expect all passengers to treat our drivers and vehicles with the utmost respect. Damage to vehicles, inappropriate behavior, or violations of local laws will result in immediate termination of your Breez account and potential legal action.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Due to the exclusive nature of our fleet, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the minimum fare for the booked vehicle class.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Modifications to the Service
We are constantly refining the Breez experience. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
